PRODRUT has been founded in 1990 by highly experienced research workers and constructors from the Institute for Ferrous Metallurgy (IFM). The composition of the first board of the partnership was as follows: Lech Bulkowski President Krzysztof Gladala v-ce President Pawel Kumaszka v-ce President We have carried out pioneering work in steel metallurgy.

1990 - Installation of the first PD 12e appliance in the steelworks "Huta Batory". Implementation of cored wire treatment of molten steel in common effort with IFM.
	1990-1995 - Bringing the in ladle treatment of steel into general use in most Polish steel plants.
1995 - Installation of the machine PD 22e in the "Huta Szczecin". Implementation of the desulphurization technology in cooperation with IFM.
1997 - Installation of equipment in a cast-iron foundry for the first time - GZUT Gliwice.
1998 - Entering a cooperation with the Foundry Research Institute in Krakow. Begining of works on QMS supervised by KEMA.	1998 till now - Spreading technological know-how about spheroidization and the modification of cast-iron in many Polish foundries.
	1998-2000 - Implementation of the Quality Management System.
2000 - 10th Anniversary of PRODRUT. The ISO 9002 Certificate is being obtained.
2002 - Installation of the machine PD 32eS - Zlobin (Belorussia), Voest Alpine's investment.
2003 - Installation of the machine PD 41M - Hutmen Wroclaw. Implementation of a copper modification technology.
2004 - Installation of two machines PD 32S - NTMK Nizny Tagil Russia, Voest Alpine's investment.

The steady and dynamic development of our partnership is testimony to our effective management. Since 1998 to November 2005 PRODRUT was being directed by:
