Operation description :
PD machines are equipped in one or two independently powered, programmable, and controlled feeding strands, which enable a separate or simultaneous injection of aluminium or cored wires (5 mm to 18 mm in diameter) into molten metal in ladle. The injection velocity can be regulated steplessly and independently for each strand.
PD equipment is characterized by low weight, simplicity and reliability in operation.
The use of protection against access to the feeding rolls during the process and against an electric shock, as well as the semi-automatic mode,
makes operating easy, safe and user friendly.
